This website is dedicated to communicating with customers by showcasing and selling one-of-a-kind art beads and components by artist Kim Snider.
Using glass, metal, and porcelain, I create original, one-of-a-kind heirloom artbeads and jewelry components for designers worldwide.
Please note that all my beads and components are original designs which are protected by copyright law.

Pricing & Payment
All prices on this website are in USD (United States dollars).
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No PayPal account is required. You can pay with your credit card without having a PayPal account.
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is this site secure?
Yes.
This site is secured with 256-bit encryption and uses PayPal and Shopify Pay as its payment engines (no credit card info is collected or stored on this site; I never see your credit card number).
Shipping
USA orders ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the item/s, with delivery confirmation. Shipment is usually sent within 3 business days of receiving payment.
International and Canadian orders are shipped via First Class International Mail. Typically, this service does not offer tracking and may take an unspecified time to arrive, but usually takes between 7-14 days. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or duties due upon delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your beads and would like to return them, please contact me immediately. I will refund the cost of the item, minus shipping and any associated fees when I receive the returned item/s in good condition within 30 days of when you originally received it.
There also could be a 20% restocking fee applied on all returned items and please note that no refund will be given on custom order (MTO) items.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
My beads are packed carefully, but if an item happens to arrive broken, please contact me immediately.

Work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device.

ALL of my designs and patterns are original, and therefore copyright protected. My designs (Kim Snider / Mandrel Beads) cannot be reproduced, distributed, sold or taught without my written consent (Kim Snider). If you have any questions, please contact me.
